The Langley Gymnastics Foundation (LGF) is a non-profit organization that has been been providing the Langley community with quality gymnastics programs focusing on physical fitness and FUNdamentals since 1993.

LGF believes in supporting the community by providing physical programs for all ages and abilities, from the
recreational parent and tot to the competitive National stream.

Our club philosophy is WHAT I BELIEVE, I CAN ACHIEVE. Our certified coaches are committed to this philosophy by encouraging all athletes to reach their personal best.
